Basic COVID-19 Safety:

• Maintaining 2m physical distancing
• Masks
• Sanitizing and hand washing before and after entering homes
• Pre-scheduling and pre-screening any in-person house showings
• Sanitizing doorknobs, light switches, surfaces, etc.
• Signed waivers ensuring buyers and sellers have no symptoms, no close contacts who have tested positive, and have not travelled within 14 days
